Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Transparency

At SUPERHUMANFIT, we are committed to delivering exceptional results through intensive 1-on-1 coaching. Because we reserve dedicated time and resources specifically for each client, our refund policy reflects the personalized nature of our services.

1. No Refunds After Program Starts

All coaching programs are NON-REFUNDABLE once your program has officially started.

Your program is considered "started" when any of the following occurs (whichever comes first):

  • Your first scheduled coaching call takes place
  • You receive access to program materials, protocols, or resources
  • Daily WhatsApp coaching communication begins

Why this policy? When you enroll, we block out dedicated coaching time exclusively for you, turn away other potential clients, and customize protocols based on your specific needs. Once we've committed these resources to you, we cannot reallocate them.

2. Pre-Start Cancellation

If you need to cancel your enrollment BEFORE your program officially starts, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:

7+ days before start date:
Full refund minus ₹5,000 administrative fee

3-6 days before start date:
50% refund (₹15,000 for 30-day, ₹75,000 for 90-day, ₹2,25,000 for 9-month)

Less than 3 days before start date:
No refund available

To request a pre-start cancellation, email milan@besuperhuman.life with your enrollment details.

3. No Refunds for Non-Participation

If you fail to engage with the program after it starts, you are NOT entitled to a refund.

This includes situations where you:

  • Miss scheduled coaching calls without rescheduling
  • Do not respond to WhatsApp communications
  • Do not follow protocols or track progress
  • Stop participating partway through the program
  • Decide the program "isn't for you" after starting

We hold dedicated time for you and turn away other clients. Non-participation does not constitute grounds for refund.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergencies, we may offer alternatives to refunds:

Situations we may consider:

  • Serious medical emergencies requiring hospitalization
  • Sudden family crises or bereavements
  • Unexpected major life events beyond your control

Possible accommodations (at our sole discretion):

  • Program pause: Freeze your program for 30-60 days and resume when ready
  • Program transfer: Transfer your enrollment to a family member (same tier only)
  • Partial credit: Apply partial value toward future SUPERHUMAN services

Important: These accommodations are evaluated case-by-case and are NOT guaranteed. We reserve the right to request documentation for extenuating circumstances.

5. Cancellation by SUPERHUMANFIT

In rare cases where we must cancel or cannot fulfill your program due to:

  • Serious illness or personal emergencies on our end
  • Technical failures preventing service delivery
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

You will receive either:

  • Full pro-rated refund for uncompleted portion of your program, OR
  • Program extension to make up for missed time

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a payment dispute:

  1. Contact us immediately at milan@besuperhuman.life
  2. Provide transaction details and explanation of the issue
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

Do NOT initiate a chargeback without contacting us first. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and legal action to recover costs.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy:

Step 1: Email milan@besuperhuman.life

Step 2: Include your full name, program tier, and enrollment date

Step 3: Explain why you're requesting a refund

Step 4: We'll review and respond within 3-5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Important Reminders

  • All programs require full payment before start date
  • Program start date is confirmed via email when you enroll
  • Your enrollment confirmation email will include your start date and refund deadline
  • Refund timelines are calculated from your confirmed start date, not payment date
