do this

Author — Milan

I was overweight until age 25. Motorcycle accident injuries that wouldn't heal despite years of physiotherapy. 35% body fat, high uric acid, constant inflammation. My patellar tendon refused to recover. My shoulder tendinosis from cricket which prevented me from exercising.

I tried everything conventional medicine and fitness offered. Nothing worked because no one addressed the root cause.
