The Approach

Why animal-based
nutrition?

After years of trying "balanced" diets, nothing worked. When I switched to primarily meat and eliminated plants, my body transformed in three months.

Plant foods contain antinutrients — oxalates, lectins, phytates — that cause inflammation, interfere with mineral absorption, and disrupt gut health. When you eliminate them, your body heals.

Yes, for the 9-month program. Options: full payment with 5–8% discount, monthly installments (₹50,000 per month), or quarterly payments (₹1,50,000 every 3 months). 30-day and 90-day programs require full payment upfront.

Maximum 6 clients in the 9-month program at any time. The 30-day program accommodates 10–15 clients (group format). When 9-month capacity is full, I maintain a waitlist.

If you have diagnosed health conditions or take medications, yes — inform your doctor. Many doctors are unfamiliar with carnivore nutrition and may object.
